Purchases

Shipping

• 4.5 We strive to ship orders received before 1 pm on the same day.
• 4.5.1 Orders received between 1 pm and 2 pm may ship the same business day.
• 4.5.2 Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next business day.
• 4.5.3 Standard shipping within New Zealand is by overnight courier unless otherwise arranged.

Backorders

• 4.6.1 If a product is not available for immediate shipping, we will inform you of the expected dispatch date. You can choose to substitute the item, keep it on backorder, or cancel the order.
• 4.6.2 Cancelled orders will be refunded using the original payment method within three business days.

Returns

• 4.7 If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly.
• 4.7.1 Changing your mind is not grounds for return under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
• 4.7.2 Returns for credit should be made within 7 days and must include the original invoice.
• 4.7.3 A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• 4.7.4 Special order items, including custom parts, are non-returnable.
• 4.7.5 Specific products, including certain engine management systems, fuel pumps, and injectors, are non-returnable once their packaging has been opened.
• 4.7.6 Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging intact.
